 3. Open fire, smoking, etc. must be banned in the places for placing powdered activated carbon.
 4. For the surroundings where powdered activated carbon is placed, it should be kept in mind that dust-proof electrical devices shall be used to close all switches.
 5. Powdered activated carbon shall not be placed together with various pollution sources, nor can it be mixed with oxidants.
 6. Powdered activated carbon scattered on the ground or other places, shall be swept into a lidded container timely, preferably wetting the powdered activated carbon in advance, to prevent dust.
 7. The package for storing powdered activated carbon must be sealed and shall be placed in cool and dry places. Keep in mind that activated carbon must be prevented from getting wet or absorbing other substances in the air.
