Uses

The product is mainly used to absorb oils in  methanol process gas in ammonia synthesizing and synthetic gases in fine chemical industry to protect ammonia synthesis catalysts, the transformation catalysts and the synthesis catalysts for fine chemicals so as to prolong the service life and maintain high activity of the catalysts.

Packaging:

Two means of packaging are available:

1. Packaged in woven bags lined with plastics: 25±0.5 kg/bag

2. Jumbo bag: 500-600 kg/bag

If the customer requires the product delivered in  cartons, plastic barrels, drums and other containers, extra fee will be charged.

1.The degreaser is packaged in laminated woven bags lined with plastics or in other hermetic containers to prevent leakage, moisture absorption and chemical contamination.

2.For the purpose of transportation and handling,  rolling, collision, high pressure and violent vibration, throwing and trampling should be avoided to prevent the product from being pulverized.

3.Rain-proof and moisture-proof measures should be taken for storage and transportation.

4. The product is classified as non-hazardous, but relevant regulations or rules should be adhered to for its storage and transportation.

Filling Method

       1. Prior to filling, pass the product through a molecular sieve  to remove dust generated in the transportation and storage processes.

    2. On the oil-removing section of the grate, initially, lay 1-2 stainless steel screens of 12-14 mesh.

    3. While in filling process, non-uniformity of filling should be strictly avoided to prevent biased air flow which affects the efficacy of the product.

    4. In filling process, it is forbidden to trample the degreaser with feet. A wooden board may be laid on the material layer for one to enter the tower to chop the material and check the filling.
